What do I do if a tree falls on my property?

Verify whether the tree is planted on the HOA property or on homeowner property.  If the tree is planted on homeowner property, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to remove the fallen branch or tree.  If it is on HOA property, contact Shannon at shannon@sequoiamgmt.com with a request for removal.   See the Loudoun GIS website for property boundary information.    Dead trees and limbs can be moved to wooded areas on HOA property.  They cannot be left on open fields or non-wooded space.
