FAQs

Can I plant on HOA common property?

Homeowners can plant trees on common HOA property but only after written approval by the Board of Directors.  Owners must submit a plat or satellite image showing the location and type of tree, and specify the reason the planting is wanted.  The board will evaluate the benefits of the planting with consideration towards the impact on neighbors, cost of maintenance and other factors.

Failure to get prior approval may subject the owner to removal of the plantings and return of the landscape to its original condition.
